It’s a see-saw, entrepreneurship is, and Satish Sanpal just about has seen it all, time over again. This finally reached a point whereby, through his long experience in commodity trading, among other events, he finally founded the ANAX Holding investment company in the United Arab Emirates back in 2018. He termed the founding as being born from “towering ambition, innovation, and excellence.” Today, it stands second to none in creating three separate subsidiaries, including ANAX Media, ANAX Hospitality, and ANAX Developments.
Journey as an Entrepreneur
“The many lessons that one gets through highs and lows from doing business have contributed a great deal to my vision for ANAX Holdings,” he says, a seasoned serial entrepreneur. All the same, it was fun, and it was an experience shaping his decisions, and laying a backbone to what is currently operating.
The diverse experience instilled in him a unique set of perspectives and innovation in his approach towards business. It has also taught him, though, that hard work and integrity will always pay off in the end. He has learned from each of those wildly uninhibited learning curves, setbacks, and victories alike what it means to try and build a profitable business.

His current leadership of all businesses under ANAX Holding, therefore, draws from the lessons he took away from having been an entrepreneur himself. These include ANAX Developments, which he started this January 2024, with a vision for developing sustainable areas complete with active communities into residential commercial, and mixed-use projects. “Choosing Dubai as a launchpad wasn’t that difficult for ANAX Developments,” he claims.
He stated: “Dubai has long been a destination for foreign investors and expatriates due to its advantageous location, first-rate infrastructure, and business-friendly atmosphere. Chinese and Russian immigration, however, has been on the rise lately due to shifting geopolitical and economic dynamics.
Probably, this has been one of the major causes of the recent boom in real estate. This trend has not only changed the real estate market of Dubai but also invoked the adaptation of advanced technologies such as augmented and virtual reality and artificial intelligence which have hit the sector with great effect.
Future Project
The plans indicated that Vento Tower, the first project of Anax Developments, would be handed over at the end of 2025 and would comprise 225 studios and one-bedroom apartments in the luxury category, offering all the possible modern amenities and gadgets.
